Toby Rand | Voice. Stage. Connection.

Australian-born Toby Rand is a singer, songwriter, and creator known for his powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence. First breaking out on CBS’s Rockstar: Supernova, he has since signed international record deals, toured the globe, and shared the stage with icons from Bruno Mars to Rod Stewart.

Alongside his music career, Toby has become a trusted leader in hospitality and live entertainment. He has served as music director for major Las Vegas productions, curated residences at luxury venues such as the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, and designed turnkey cultural experiences across U.S., LATAM, Canada, and Australasian markets.

As a keynote speaker at hospitality and music conferences worldwide, Toby shares insights on artistry, storytelling, and guest engagement. His work spans vendor and client relations, experiential programming, and cultural consulting—always bringing authenticity, precision, and impact. Whether performing to a packed arena or designing bespoke entertainment for luxury hotels, Toby transforms moments into lasting stories.

Kia Warren-Rand | Voice. Vision. Production.

Kia Warren-Rand is a multidisciplinary artist, creative director, and hospitality expert with over two decades shaping powerful narratives across performance, cultural programming, and wellness.

Her foundation was built in New York’s luxury hospitality scene at Beauty & Essex, Stanton Social, Kingswood, and as Director of Cultural Programming at The Surf Lodge, where she forged global partnerships with Art Basel, luxury lifestyle brands, and leading artists. Kia specializes in producing immersive experiences that bridge art, music, and hospitality, bringing soulful storytelling into commercially impactful activations.

Onstage, Kia is the co-frontwoman of SUSU (and formerly Revel in Dimes), having performed internationally alongside artists from Chris Stapleton to Manu Chao. She is also the founder of The Ritchualist, guiding clients through creative and spiritual alignment. Her work has been featured in Vanity Fair, Good Morning America, Revolt TV, and recognized by cultural leaders like Shepard Fairey.

Whether curating nightlife, producing large-scale activations, or leading intimate workshops, Kia’s work is defined by artistry, strategy, and intuitive leadership—always crafting environments where creativity, hospitality, and community converge into unforgettable experiences.
